Virtual Merchant can optionally notify you via email when a new order is confirmed on your website.  The email address to which the confirmation is sent is held within your MYOB Company Information.  From the MYOB Company Information window, you can make entries that describe your company.  You can make changes to the information in this window at any time [1].

To Enter your email address into MYOB:

1. From the MYOB Accounting Setup menu, choose Company Information to open the Company Information window.
   
   
    
2. Click in the E-mail Address field and enter your email address then Click OK.
